How do I place a bulk or volume order?

Institutions buy directly from SOS Programs. Submit a quote request with the titles, formats, and quantities you need, and we'll return an itemized quote — typically within one business day. From there you can order by purchase order or card.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Schools, government agencies, healthcare organizations, libraries, and nonprofits can order by purchase order. Net terms are available for qualified institutions.

Is volume pricing available?

Yes. Pricing improves as quantities increase. Request a quote with your quantities and we'll return volume pricing you can use for budgeting and approvals.

Can you provide a W-9 or sole-source letter?

Yes. We can provide a W-9, vendor-onboarding documents, and — because SOS titles are published exclusively by Parents Press — a sole-source letter when your procurement process requires one.

Can we order in Spanish and English together?

Yes. You can combine English and Spanish editions on a single order and quote to serve multilingual communities.
